Requirements:

  • • Bachelor's degree with at least a minor in accounting
  • • At 1-3 years' experience in accounting
  • • Proficient with Quickbooks and Excel software
  • • Knowledge of budget preparation, analysis, and variance
  • • Adaptable to change
  • • Attention to details and strong organizational skills
  • • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • • Ability to meet deadlines
  • • Professional friendly attitude in a team environment
  • • Criminal history checks are completed on all financial candidates
Responsibilities:

  • • Cash Management
  • • Production of monthly financial statements and variance analysis
  • • Reconciliation of client account activity
  • • Insurance coverage and renewal process
  • • Weekly cash flow forecasting
  • • Employee payroll processing and governmental reporting
  • • Annual budget preparation
  • • Bank account and credit card reconciliations
  • • Annual 1099 process
