  • • Job Title: Customer Success Engineer
  • • Location: Mexico (Remote)
  • • Report to: Customer Success Team Lead
  • • Number of vacancies: 1
  • • Language: Proficient in English (Spoken and Written)
Requirements:

  • • Experience of 3 to 5 years as an engineer in customer's technical support roles (B2B)
  • • Experience as a Support Engineer in a technical support role.
  • • Understanding of HTML and Python languages is a huge plus. Knowledge of SQL queries is also a plus.
  • • Understanding of how to troubleshoot APIs
  • • Familiar with different ticketing systems
  • • Proactive go-getter attitude and empathy for customers
  • • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot product issues.
  • • Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
  • • Communicate bugs to developers and collaborate on solutions.
  • • Contribute to Customer Support documentation efforts.
