Requisitos:

- • Job Title: Customer Success Engineer
- • Location: Mexico (Remote)
- • Report to: Customer Success Team Lead
- • Number of vacancies: 1
- • Language: Proficient in English (Spoken and Written)
- • Experience of 3 to 5 years as an engineer in customer's technical support roles (B2B)
- • Experience as a Support Engineer in a technical support role.
- • Understanding of HTML and Python languages is a huge plus. Knowledge of SQL queries is also a plus.
- • Understanding of how to troubleshoot APIs
- • Familiar with different ticketing systems
- • Proactive go-getter attitude and empathy for customers
- • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot product issues.
- • Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
- • Communicate bugs to developers and collaborate on solutions.
- • Contribute to Customer Support documentation efforts.
